To raise a return request, kindly visit Returns & Exchanges:
- Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return.
- All our “Paper, Books & Boards” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
- Items purchased from Clearance will not be exchanged or returned.
- Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged.
- Record a video while opening your package after delivery is must to help us quickly fix any problems with missing or damaged items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items :

Reverse Pick-Up:
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Working days after the product is returned and received.

I’ve been using Daler Rowney Georgian Oil Colour for a while now, and it’s honestly been a really solid experience. The paint has a nice, buttery consistency—easy to move around on the canvas without feeling too stiff or too runny.
The colors are pretty rich and hold up well once they dry, which I didn’t fully expect at this price point. Blending feels smooth, and it doesn’t get muddy too quickly if you layer carefully.
Overall, it feels like Daler Rowney has done a great job making oil paints that are reliable but still affordable. It’s a nice balance, especially if you’re practicing or working regularly without wanting to spend too much.
