After iron fixing or oven fixing fabric painted is washable up to 40°C.
It can be used to paint on all textiles made of cotton, linen, jute silk and mixed fabrics up to max 20% man-made fibres.

Application – Marabu Textile Painter markers require the fabric to be free from finishes and fabric conditioners before painting. For optimal results, it is recommended to shake the markers for about 60 seconds before painting, pump the tip by pressing several times until the ink shows. The painted textile once dry can fix it with iron for 5 minutes at cotton setting without steam or oven fixed at 150°C is possible.

- Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged.
- Record a video while opening your package after delivery is must to help us quickly fix any problems with missing or damaged items.

c. Send us a Video of opening your package
d. Any product which has been Used or Tampered will not be approved for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items :

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Reverse Pick-Up:
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Working days after the product is returned and received.
In case of Cash-On-Delivery orders, upon approval of your return request, our team will contact you for your Bank Account/UPI details where the refund amount will be credited within 15 to 18 business days.
