Art Essentials Artist’s Pastel Paper is a Limited Edition paper which is made by Canson, France. It is extremely similar to Canson Mi-Teintes. It is a 250 gsm, pulp-dyed paper that has won recognition for its qualities. An authentic art paper, it is gelatine stock-sized, which limits the absorption of pigments in order to show colours at their best.
Art Essentials Artist Pastel paper has a cotton content of over 50% (~66%), the highest on the market. This enables the paper to combine mechanical resistance and a sensuous feel. Art Essentials pastel paper has the advantage of having a different texture on either side.
Dark Grey & Light Green coloured papers have a honeycombed texture on one side (A characteristic of Canson Mi-Teintes) and a fine grain texture on the other. Light Grey & Brick red have a laid texture on both sides.
In addition to its qualities as a drawing medium, Art Essentials Artist Pastel Paper complies with the ISO 9706 standard on permanence, a guarantee of excellent conservation. Artist Pastel paper is archival, acid-free, mould resistant and without any optical brightness additives.
All the above properties combine to make it the top quality colour paper for fine art techniques; such as Pastel, Charcoal, Sanguine, Pencil and even watercolours & gouache, but also for handicrafts; folding, cutting, gluing, making cards, scrapbooking, etc.

- Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return.
- All our “Paper, Books & Boards” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
- Items purchased from Clearance will not be exchanged or returned.
- Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged.
- Record a video while opening your package after delivery is must to help us quickly fix any problems with missing or damaged items.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: –

b. Full Delivery address
c. Send us a Video of opening your package
d. Any product which has been Used or Tampered will not be approved for return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items :

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Reverse Pick-Up:
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Working days after the product is returned and received.
In case of Cash-On-Delivery orders, upon approval of your return request, our team will contact you for your Bank Account/UPI details where the refund amount will be credited within 15 to 18 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
