To raise a return request, kindly visit Returns & Exchanges:
- Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return.
- All our “Paper, Books & Boards” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
- Items purchased from Clearance will not be exchanged or returned.
- Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged.
- Record a video while opening your package after delivery is must to help us quickly fix any problems with missing or damaged items.

Reverse Pick-Up:
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds

I’ve been using this acrylic set for a while now, and it’s honestly great for both practice and serious painting. The colors are nicely pigmented and mix really well, so you can create a wide range of shades just from the primaries. The consistency is smooth, and it works well on canvas, paper, and even wood.
Since the tubes are big (120ml), they last quite a while—especially useful if you paint often.
