Marabu Textile Painter Plus Colour – Black

Universal Tip – Size – 3 MM is water-based, excellent opacity and light-resistant marker for light and dark fabrics
Easy to use, soft-grip markers with a high pigmentation pump system
Ideal for school, craft, and leisure use
Can be used to paint on all textiles made of cotton, linen, jute silk and mixed fabrics up to max 20% man-made fibres

Application
Before painting with Marabu Textile Painter Plus markers, the fabric must be free of all finishes and fabric conditioners
For best results, shake the markers for about 60 seconds before painting, then pump the tip several times until the ink shows
Once dry, the painted textile can be ironed for 5 minutes at cotton setting without steam or baked at 150°C
Tip
The tips can be removed, washed under water, and then replaced after they have completely dried
The markers must be kept horizontally in storage

- Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return.

- Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged.
- Record a video while opening your package after delivery is must to help us quickly fix any problems with missing or damaged items.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: –

b. Full Delivery address
c. Send us a Video of opening your package
d. Any product which has been Used or Tampered will not be approved for return.
e. The Product must also be in the original packaging - You may contact our customer care at +91 9036102833 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
Exceptions / non-returnable items :
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Reverse Pick-Up:
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Working days after the product is returned and received.
In case of Cash-On-Delivery orders, upon approval of your return request, our team will contact you for your Bank Account/UPI details where the refund amount will be credited within 15 to 18 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
